(2) Active ulcer of the stomach or duodenum confirmed by X-ray or endoscopy. Ulceration, varices, fistula, achalasia, or other dysmotility disorders chronic or recurrent esophagitis if confirmed by appropriate X-ray or endoscopic examination.
